Suriya's Raththa Charithram movie shooting has completed

Ram Gopal Varma has completed the shooting of his multilingual ‘Raththa Charithram’, The final shot was taken on Tuesday. For RGV it was an incredible journey from the idea to make ‘Raththa Charithram’ till the last shot taken.

RGV thinks it’s more incredible because of the way it studied the minds of the various involved parties. Also the truth factor in the film constantly keeps him believing what shot for Cinema is real and what happened in real was shot for Cinema.

To make the controversy around him look subtle RGV says the characters and incidents that inspired him to make the film got mixed up with the characters and incidents he created for the film. He said “it’s truth as I know it and believe it but it’s not necessarily the absolute truth.”

The much-hyped film ‘Raththa Charithram’ is a multi-starrer with Suriya, Vivek Oberoi and Priyamani playing important roles. The film is alleged to be in the backdrop of the once dreaded Rayalaseema under world involving dons Paritala Ravi and Maddela Cheruvu Suri.

Plays Maddela Cheruvu Suri while Vivek Oberoi is Paritala Ravi. Priyamani plays Suri’s wife Bhanumathi and Radhika Apte plays Ravi’s wife Paritala Sunita. Suriya is making debut in Bollywood with the film.

Endhiran release date has changed as September 24

It is Thiruvizha time in Tamil Nadu. Quite literally. With the buzz around Endhiran getting louder by the day, K-town is gearing up to stand up to the storm. The music which is topping the charts already is just an example for what is to come next. The release date of Endhiran movie is out and it is known from reliable sources that the movie will be released on September 24.
The movie which was set for a September 3 release has been delayed due to last minute patch works and tight dates of AR Rahman for the re-recording. With the Robot gaining power each day, let's hope we see a much powerful Endhiran on the 24th.

Arya: I don't love Amy Jackson

There were rumors recently that Arya is in love with London actress Emmy Jackson who paired with him in Madrasapattinam. There was also news that both are chatting on the phones hours together. When asked Arya about this, he said,” Emmy and me are good friends. There are nothing more than this.

Recently she came to Chennai. I took her to the theatres in Tamil Nadu for the publicity of the film Madrasapattinam. Emmy said that she liked me and this place. I have not thought about my marriage. It will happen when time comes. My marriage could also be a love marriage.

With regard to the film Boss Engira Bhaskaran in which I am doing the lead role has come out well. I have done full comedy in this film. This film was challenging because it was totally different from my other films. Director Rajesh is an expert in keeping comedy scenes. The romantic scenes have also come out well.

Nayanthara has acted superbly. I have donned the role of a person who has completed his degree and is in search of a job. Nayanthara has donned the role of a final year student. The scenes were Nayanthara, Santhanam and I meet will be rib ticklers.Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music and the songs have come out well. K S Srinivasan has produced the film.”

Gowtham Vasudev Menon unveils 3 projects

Gowtham Vasudev Menon, an avid watcher of Hollywood and Foreign Films has been persistently inspired by those movies. Naturally, with his technical brilliance, the filmmaker has trivialized his minuses and is now all set to release his next film ‘Nadunisi Naaigal’. The film is produced and directed by Gowtham Menon under the banner of Photon Kathaas in collaboration with RS Infotainments Pvt. Ltd.

Apart from this film, the filmmaker will be producing two other films – Veppam and Azhagar Saamyin Kuthirai. Gowtham Menon’s long time associate Anjana makes her debut directorial with ‘Veppam’ and the print ads have already being published. ‘Azhagar Saamyin Kuthirai’ is Susindran’s next after ‘Vennila Kabadi Kulu’ and yet to release ‘Naan Mahaan Alla’.

Gowtham Menon will meet the media channels tomorrow and unravel more information about the release of ‘Nadunisi Naaigal’ and status of other 2 projects.

Aish: Endhiran is so special for me

During the recent audio launch of Endhiran at Malaysia, Aishwarya Rai speaking on the occasion said,” Endhiran is a special film for me. I have taken lot of strains and with dedication I have worked in this film.

Sun Pictures has produced this film in an astounding manner. This film will bring a new identity for Indian cinema in the International arena. There is no doubt this will blockbuster.

Tamanna says her mother and father are important

Come what may, life is to live. Perhaps taking cue from this popular adage, Tamannah says she is not worried about rumours of an alleged romance with her ‘Paiyaa’ costar Karthi Sivakumar.

“Because I know what the truth is. We are just colleagues and we are going to act together in another film too. I can’t achieve my goals if I am bothered by these mindless rumours,” she says.

Saying she is not answerable to those spreading ‘rumours’ on her, Tamannah says the two persons she is accountable to are her mother and father. “They know pretty well what’s happening in my life.”

“The support from my parents has made me achieve something,” she says and adds: “But I am aware that there is still a long way to go. My aim is that I should act in all kind of roles before I call it a day.”

Rajnikanth and Aishwarya Rai are in the lead roles in Endhiran directed by Shankar. Kalanidhi Maaran who is the Sun Pictures Network President has produced this high budgeted film.

The technical work for this film is taking abroad for the last few weeks. The audio launch function was held at Malaysia. Immediate after the release all the audio CDs were sold out. There are 6 songs in this film. Puthiya Manitha, Kadhal Anukkal and Arima Arima are penned by R Vairamuthu.

The song Kilimanjaro was penned by Pa Vijay .Irumbil Oru Idhayam and Boom Boom Robodo was penned by Gorgi For the first time A R Rahman’s daughter has sung a song with the lines Puthiya Manitha.
