Suriya vs Arya vs Dhanush

On this Deepavali, a big battle is spread for heroes of Kollywood. And people are already discussing on who would win the battle between them!

Yes, on this Deepavali, six Tamil films are releasing. Suriya is coming with Rakta Charitra in which he pairs with Priyamani.

And then there is Chikku Bukku in which Arya is looking for a hat-trick hit! In this film, he pairs with Shriya.

Utthamaputhiran has Rajinikanth’s son in law, Dhanush and Genelia in the lead roles!

Next in the race is action hero Arjun with the movie Vallakottai in which he pairs with Haripriya.

While the main fight is between these four, two more films, which are releasing on the same day i.e Mynaa and Va. Cutting are releasing too to join the fun!

Arya's Chikku Bukku movie audio review

This is the second outing for Hariharan and Leslie Lewis in Tamil cinema as music directors. The songs are global in feel, a hint of every world culture. ‘Adi Saarale’ is a semi-classical soulful number by Suvi and Pradeep Vijay. The 'Bukku' title track is a foot-tapping number in the voices of Maya, Rahul Nambiar and Benny Dayal. Shankar Mahadevan, Chandrayee Battacharya and Uma Padmanabhan croon the rustic ‘Oru Nila’. ‘Smile’ sung by Suchith Suresan is a latino inspired ballad. Sufi meets ghazal in ‘Thooral Nindralum’ in the soul stirring voices of Hariharan and the Wadali Brothers. The romantic duets ‘Vizhi Oru Paadhi’ by Sujatha and Adnan Sami and ‘Zara Zara’ by Lavanya and Benny Dayal are sure to be chart-busters

The shooting of Chikku Bukku, which has Arya and Shriya playing the lead pair, has been completed and the audio was launched on August 13th, 2010. The music for this film has been scored by Colonial Cousins – Hariharan and Leslie. Pravin Mani has scored the background music for this film as well as an additional two songs. He apprenticed under Oscar winner AR Rahman and had worked with him in films like Ghajini and Slumdog Millionaire and to-be released Endhiran.

The seven songs in this film are: Chikku Bukku, Oru Nila…, Engengeyo…, Smile…, Thooral Nindralum…, Vizhi Oru Paadhi… and Adi saarale.

Every one who is close to Shriya knows that she is very kind to animals and is associated with Blue Cross.

The actress who is wrapping up the shoot of her film Chikku Bukku near Bangalore on Thursday (January 21) was travelling back by car to her hotel. Suddenly she saw a cute little white kitten stranded and lost in the heavy traffic at a signal.
Shriya rushed out of her car and rescued it from being crushed under the wheels of the vehicles and took it to the five star where she is staying. She fed the kitten with milk and biscuits and was so happy that she could do her bit.
Shriya plans to give it to one of the staff who has promised to take care of it, as she is leaving for Mumbai on Saturday.
