shazahn padamsee: I can never become a competitor for Genelia

shazahn-padamsee did the female lead role in the film Kanimozhi. Now she is pairing with Ram Charan Teja in a Telugu film titled Orange. Genelia was supposed to dance for a song with Ram Charan Teja but at the last moment Shashan Padamsee was made to dance instead of Genelia. It seems Ram Charan Teja was the reason for this.

The news in the media said that Ram Charan Teja had recommended that shazahn-padamsee should be in that dance instead of Genelia. Because of this Genelia is upset and has made up her mind not act with Ram Charan Teja in the future.

When asked Shashan Padamsee about this, she said,” The film Kanimozhi had earned me a good name. The Telugu film Orange has also come out well. I am very happy that I have acted in two films of different languages at the same time.

They had early mentioned that there will be Genelia in a dance sequence in Orange. But all of a sudden they made me dance. I never knew that song was actually meant for Genelia. I can never become a competitor for Genelia at any point of time.”
