Mysskin's advices to assistant directors

Thambikkottai is a film which has Narain, Poonam Bajwa, Prabhu, Sangeetha, Vijayalakshmi, Santhanam, M S Bhaskar and Kanja Karuppu in the cast. The audio launch function of this film was held yesterday in Sathyam theatres. Actor Arya released the audio CD which was received by Jayam Ravi.

Director Mysskin who participated in this event said,” Lot of assistant directors should come into Tamil cinema. It is a healthy thing for them to think that they should give a hit film. They should also come forward to give quality films with good stories.

If only quality films come then only we can clean the dirt here. When my first film Chittaram Pesudhadi was released, there were only 8 people sitting in the theatre on the first day first show. Narain also felt bad. Next day 16 people were there and again on the next day there were 32 people and finally the theatres were full. When I made Anjathey I told with full confidence that this film will be a hit. It was a hit as I said.”

Jayam Ravi, Arya, Narain, Prasanna, M S Bhaskar, Bose Venkat, directors Jayam Raja, Sargunam, music composer D Imman, lyricist Vivega, cinematographer T Kannan and producer R B Chowdary participated in this event and spoke.

Producer R K Suresh welcomed the gathering while director Ammu Ramesh proposed the vote of thanks.
