Director Vasanth speaks with us
Director Vasanth, who gave the evergreen hits Keladi Kanmani, Aasai, Rhythm and Satham Podathey, will teach the nuances of film-making at a workshop conducted in Chennai next month. “The workshop aims to explore recent trends in film-making and seeks to cater to the growing needs of independent media producers, especially young filmmakers, who do not have a cinema background,” the director said.
“We want to educate and churn out some good filmmakers who will present the picture of the real society. All those who have a passion for cinema and want to make good cinema could give it a try,” he added.
