Vimala Raman enters Bollywood

Amrapali, the legendary Hindi film which had Vyjayanthimala Bali in the lead, is all set to be remade. Vimala Raman has been signed up to play the role essayed by Vyjayanthimala. Happy over the way her career has been shaping up, Vimala says that she will make the best use of the opportunity provided to her.

Amrapali is a heroine-centric film. Salman Khan’s relative has been signed up to play the male lead in the film.
