Trisha's full of hopes on her next movie Vinnaithandi Varuvaya

“Ever since I bagged offers from Hindi, people have started making tall claims that I wouldn’t act in Tamil films anymore. I want to prove it wrong in the New Year by acting in south Indian movies too,” says Trisha.
“Chennai is my place. And this is the city where my heart is. So there is no question of bidding adieu to Tamil films,” she says and adds: “I bagged Bollywood projects only because of Tamil and Telugu films.”
The slim beauty, who had recently signed a Tollywood project with Ravi Teja, says, “I am open to act in Tamil movies. At the same time, I would give importance to Hindi projects too. Because the exposure is huge in Bollywood.”
The actress is full of hopes on her forthcoming venture ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’. “It is a soft romantic story. I am happy to work with Silambarasan, my good friend, and director Goutham Vasudeva Menon.”
