Ambasamudram Ambani audio launch

The audio of Ambasamudram Ambani was launched at Sathyam Cinemas this morning (April 12th, 2010). Comedian Vadivelu released the first copy and it was received by Vivek. This audio launch is considered to be very unique because two reigning comedians of Kollywood shared the dais for Karunas, who plays the lead role in the film.

It is worth a mention here that Karunas, who started as a comedian, is playing the lead role for the second time.

Sathyam Cinemas 50th album in film music genre

Paiyaa's audio, released on Think Music, the music arm of Sathyam Cinemas, is the company's 50th album in film music genre, states a press note released today. The press release also says that since the music of Paiyaa has been successful, a new track would be added to the film.

The new CD release would be timed to coincide with the release of the movie. Popular music directors Yuvan Shankar Raja, Thaman, Dharan, James Vasanthan and Karthik Raja felicitated Think Music at a conference held to announce their future initiatives

Audio and Trailer of Krathi’s ‘Paiyaa’ happened in a star studded event in Sathyam Cinemas last month.

The film’s eye catching trailer was screened along with a couple of sensational songs from the album and we can see it all, relaxed and stretching on our couches in TV today! Kalaignar TV is telecasting the audio launch coverage of the event exclusively as a part of the channel’s Christmas celebration

Ajith option for his Asal release on Republic day 2010

Think Music, an association of Sathyam Cinemas and Hungama network has acquired the audio rights of ‘ASAL’. Ajith Kumar’s ‘ASAL’ is fast approaching the completion and the dubbing works have already started. With couple of songs pending to be shot in abroad and studio in Chennai, Sivaji Productions is planning to launch the audio by December.

However, nothing has been confirmed by Saran or Ajith Kumar about the film’s release for Pongal. With many releases lining up for Pongal release, Ajith may opt for the Republic Day on Jan 26 to release the film.
