Genelia is back in Kollywood after 2 years

After two years, bubbly girl Genelia is back in Kollywood with Dhanush's Uthamaputhiran. She might not have frequent releases in Kollywood, but she is still the darling of masses here. Interestingly, Uthamaputhiran, directed by Mithran C. Jawahar, is a remake of Telugu hit Ready, in which Genelia played the lead role opposite Raam.

The actress is all excited about the release of Uthamaputhiran. We also hear that the lead pair (Dhanush and Genelia) had a great time working with each other, which will be reflected on screen. In Uthamaputhiran, Genelia plays the role of a bubbly NRI girl Pooja who stuck in a family dispute.

Genelia's other big projects includes Vijay's Velayudham and Santosh Sivan's Urumi.
