Upendra: Nayanthara's 1st Kannada movie may be last

Nayanthara had completed her film with Kannada actor Upendra in an untitled Kannada film. Upendra who is busy in editing this film said,” I have never seen an actress like Nayanthara who is involved in work with dedication.

Every day she uses to come in time for the shooting. There was never a problem with her. This is her first Kannada film. Probably this will be her last film in Kannada. I am little sad about this.

She has stated that she will not act after her marriage. This news will be a shock to the directors who are in search of sincere actress like Nayanthara.

Her character in this film will be much spoken about. Her role has such significance. I cannot speak anything more than this.”

Nayanthara why choose Kannada film

Nayanthara says that she wanted to act in Kannada film before she quits acting. While speaking about this, she said,” I wanted to act in Kannada film for a very long time. But I was not able to act because I was busy in Tamil and Telugu films.

Moreover I wanted to make a debut with a big banner and big actor. I was stubborn that I wanted to act in a Kannada film before I quit acting. Now the time has come. I am acting in a film directed and acted by Upendra.
The shooting of the film will commence next month. Many do not know that I was born in Bangalore. I like Bangalore very much. There are many rumors concerning me are being spread. I will reply at the appropriate time. I am not bothered about any amount of rumors spread about me.”
