Sathish Chakravarthy: A force to reckon with

Who is Satish Chakravarthy? He is the music director of the upcoming Leelai that stars Shiv Pandit and Mansi Parekh. The movie has been eluding release, but the music leaves you speechless and demands to go on Repeat Mode! While every song is a beautiful amalgamation of lyrics and music, one song that just stands out and above the rest is ‘Jillinu Oru Kalavaram’. Sung by the music director himself, the piece is a melody backed by some great instrumentation. It has a simple tune to it that sort of lingers on your lips and refuses to leave. What is most taking about the song is the flow of the music – the modulations and the tones upon which the words ride freely and flawlessly.
