Ajith joins Director Vijay again

If all goes well, Ajith will team up with director Vijay of Kireedom and Madarasapattinam fame for his 51st film. Thala is currently buwy with his 50th film Mankatha, directed by Venkat Prabhu.

Ajith-Vijay's project is expected to begin in March 2011 after the release of Mankatha.

Sneha to pair up with Nagarjuna

With a couple of periodic movies already in production, we have news that Sneha and Nagarjuna have been paired together for a to-be-titled movie. Sources reveal that this movie will be made on a huge budget not compromising on the quality. It is to be recalled that Sri Ramadasu, starring Nagarjuna and Sneha, was a major box office hit in Telugu in the year 2006.

Vijay speaks about Tamanna

Madarasapattinam has a foreign national Amy Jackson playing the lead role. This 17-year-old foreign import has already struck gold at a beauty pageant contest and then decided to try her luck in cinema. When questioned about how suitable a foreign actress would be for a Tamil film, Madarasapattinam’s director AL Vijay said that he feels Tamannah also looks like a foreigner but her position in Kollywood has been rising high and she has been accepted. The same will happen with Amy too, he declares.

Vijay says Amy is a thorough actress and is keen on learning the nuances of acting. She is working hard to make the film a grand success, he adds.
