Shakthi Chidambaram convinced theatre owners for Kaavalan movie

Even though Vijay is popular among his fans his movies however is not popular among theatre owners. Situation for Vijay has improved currently for his movie Kavalan.

This movie has managed to get more theatres to screen it compared to before only 70 theatres were willing to screen. According to sources distributor Shakthi Chidambaram was the man behind it.

It can be recalled that the theatre owners were furious with Vijay as his earlier films did not do well at the box office. But Shakthi Chidambaram convinced them that this will be a big hit.

If more theatres agree to screen it will release for Pongal.
