Simbu has got injured in Shooting spot

Hot and happening star Silambarasan got injured while shooting for a crucial scene of Vaanam on Friday night.

The actor was riding a bike, when he lost balance and fell on the busy lanes of Triplicane.

However, he was quick to react and got up in spite of pain as lot of vehicles were speeding behind his bike.

Says STR: "I think it is re-birth for me, and I was literally shaken up for a second. But I think that my presence of mind saved me from getting run over by the car behind and it was a narrow escape".

Simbu was immediately rushed to hospital and given first aid. He had a small injury on his head with bruises and swelling on his body.

Simbu adds with a smile : "The talkie portion of the film is almost done and now a song remains. I am talking rest and will be back to normal soon"
