Adah Sharma's jewellery ads win prestigious Pepper Award
Adah Sharma is one girl who is on Cloud Nine these days, and she has every reason. On one hand, she has been signed with Madhavan for yet another year as the brand ambassador for the jewellery major Joyalukkas. On the other, the three commercials of the said brand won the Pepper Award, considered one of the most prestigious awards in the field of advertising.
Speaking exclusively to us, Adah said, "I am feeling on top of the world. We will be doing four more commercials for 2011 that will have different concepts from our current ones." Speaking about the commercials, she added, "The commercials are doing very well in Dubai and the Middle East, and are playing on repeat on all the southern airports. I just couldn't have asked for a better New Year gift."
Not just that, the said brand also unveiled a wax statue of Madhavan which will be kept at the Chennai showroom. The forthcoming ads will be directed yet again by Shibu Anthikad, one of the most sought-after directors for commercials in the South.
