90% of Vaanam movie shooting nears to end

Simbu-Anushka starrer Vaanam will reportedly grace theatres during Valentine's weekend in February. According to sources, Vaanam is almost 90% complete including the talkie portion. Only parts of a song remain to be shot.

Vaanam is the remake of critically acclaimed Telugu film Vedam and Simbu will don the role of Cable Raju (originally played by Allu Arjun) in the Tamil version. Anushka reprises her role from the original. The film also has Sneha Ullal, Bharath and Vega in prominent roles. Reportedly a mass kuthu song picturised on Simbu and Anushka will be added to this movie and the script has been changed to suit the taste of Tamil audiences. The film is directed by Krish and produced by R.B. Chowdary of Supergood Movies.
