Super star Rajinikanth being relaxed

The wedding and the reception of Soundarya Rajinikanth with Ashwin was such a grand affair in Chennai Friday where who is who of the city and Bollywood turned up to wish the Superstar’s younger daughter.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi, along with his wife Dayalu Ammal, Cabinet colleagues and senior leaders of the DMK, attended the reception Friday evening and wished the young couple a happy married life.

Sources close to the top actor say, “Rajini personally supervised all the arrangements for the wedding. He warmly welcomed every single guest at the marriage and reception and accompanied them to the stage.”

They add: “The Superstar is happy that the engagement on Thursday and wedding and reception on Friday went off in a grand and peaceful way. He feels that his duties as a father are over now as both his daughters are married.”
