Kamal Haasan’s younger daughter Akshara says that she wouldn't act

Kamal Haasan’s younger daughter Akshara has said that she has no interest in donning the greasepaint though cinema is her lifeline. This daughter of the ace actor adds that she is more inclined towards dance and directing films. Though Akshara has no formal education in film directing, she is apprenticing under Rahul Dholakia for a Bollywood film.

The lady says that she has a strong desire to direct her father but will take up such an opportunity only if she can come up with the right script and role that befits his status in the film industry.
