Sunaina doing Villege Girl in Vamsam movie

Malarkodi. This is how the crew members of ‘Vamsam’ call Sunaina on the sets of the film. For the actress has totally transferred herself into the village belle character she is playing in the movie directed by Pandiraj of ‘Pasanga’ fame.

“I am surprised by the way I have changed for the role. All credits go to Pandiraj, who is extracting the best from every one of us,” says the actress, adding: “The entire Tamil Nadu would call me Malarkodi once the film is released.”

On his costar Arulnidhi, Sunaina says, “He is not like a fresher. He is dedicated and very friendly. We have become good friends in a very short span of time. I am enjoying each and every moment working for Vamsam.”

Recalling her working in Telugu films, the actress says, “It was Hyderabad where I started my acting career. I have acted in two Tollywood movies too. When I was waiting for a right break, Kollywood changed my career graph.”
