Shalini's sister Shamili made her heroine debut in Telugu movie

For those looking for the whereabouts of Shamili, here comes an answer. The younger sister of Shalini Ajith Kumar, who made her heroine debut with the Telugu flick 'Oy!', is now in Singapore.

Sources say Shamili is learning the nuances of cinema at a popular film institute in the foreign country. "She will continue acting once she comes back to Chennai," sources add.

Saying that the young actress is not just learning acting in the film institute, circles close to her maintain she is also trying her hands at direction, editing and film marketing.

"Though her first preference is acting, direction has always been a favourite department of Shamili. She has plans to make movies in the future," sources say.
