Tamanna condemns her fans for Paal Abhishegam

Fans and movie buffs in Tamil Nadu have been doing Paal Abhishegam to the cut-outs of their favorite film stars since a very long time. Many top heroes, including Rajinikanth’s cut-outs, did not escape this practice during their film’s release. The latest to join this bandwagon is Tamannah. The fans in Tuticorin inaugurated the All India Thanga Padhumai Tamanna Fans’ Club and performed the Paal Abhishegam on 50-feet Tamannah cut-out during the release of Paiyaa. This was brought to the notice of the actress, who condemned such action.

Tamannah said that she is not aware of the fans club and will not support such actions. The actress maintained that only Gods should be worshipped in this manner and this practice must be denounced.
