Suriya-Shruti Haasan is the successful combination

There were widespread speculations in Kollywood when director AR Murugadoss approached Shruti Haasan for the lead role in his yet-to-be name film that will have Suriya as the hero. With the lady busy with a Bollywood flick, there was no immediate response from her side.

However, things seemed to have moved in favor of Murugadoss when Shruti agreed to sign the dotted lines. Shruti’s assent to star in this film will mark her entry into Kollywood.

It may be noted that this film is being produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies and will start rolling from May end.
