Karunaas is upset over the actresses who refused him

Comedian Karunaas is upset over the actresses who were not willing to pair with him. While speaking about this, he said,” In cinema people who have acted as villains and character roles have become heroes now.
But right from N S Krishnan days no comedian has become a hero till now. One or two comedians who have done lead roles have returned back to the comedy roles.
 When I did the lead role, it was very difficult for me to get a heroine to pair with me. I had requested many heroines including Simran to pair with me. They refused to act with me. They also did not mention the reason for their refusal. They said that the films that I act are all humbug films. After the release of Dindigul Sarathy, the heroine who refused to act with me felt very bad for missing this film.
That itself is a great success for me. As far as possible I want to help people. I have not harmed anyone. That is the reason beautiful actresses are pairing with me. In my first film Karthika paired with me. In Ambasamudaram Ambani Navneet Kaur is pairing with me.
Ramnath is directing this film. The film and songs have come out well. In Tamil cinema, the places left by T Rajendhar, Bhagyaraj, Pandiarajan and Ramarajan are yet to be filled. My aim is to fill these places. My film can be seen with the family since there will be no vulgarity in them.”
