The entire Tamil film industry is coming together to felicitate and honour Chief Minister M Karunanidhi for doing so many good things for the industry on Saturday, February 6 at the Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai.
Amitabh Bachchan will be the chief guest at the function along with Rajinikanth and Kamal Hassan participating in the grand show. The organizers have also done the impossible by roping in all leading ladies in Kollywood like Tamannaah, Trisha, Nayanthara, Shriya, Reemma and many others to perform on stage. Kamal Hassan will stage a play and lyric writer Vaali has penned a song about Kalaignar Karunanidhi which is to be sung by top singers and music composed by Harris Jayaraj. This song will be sung by Unni Menon, Tippu, Haricharan, Devan, Vijayagopal, Chinmayi, Charulatha, Madhumitha, Divya, Nehaand and Nathisha.
However the buzz is that Prabhu Deva and Nayanthara performing together on stage is said to be the highlight of the evening. The rehearsals have already started as the all shooting have come to a standstill.
