Ajmal is back as the bad boy

Ajmal who made sensational debut in Tamil with Mysskin’s Anjathey as Kiruba the soft spoken guy who due to circumstances turns bad, then went on to do hero roles. However Ajmal’s hero films like TN-07-AL-4777 and the recent Thiru, Thiru Thuru Thuru has proved that he is no hero material!
Now he is going back to villainy with a vengeance. Ajmal is playing a good friend and advisor to Silambarassan who turns nasty towards the climax in KV Anand’s Ko.
He has a parallel role in the film, which would play to his strengths. The role was first offered to Narain and then to Prasanna, who refused to do it and finally went to Ajmal.
