Shruthi Haasan looks at Mollywood

Shruthi Haasan seems to be an actor who wants the best of all worlds. She debuted in Hindi and got a best film in Tamil with the Murugadoss film. Now the high flying daughter of Kamal Haasan may soon hit Mollywood also.

Director T K Rajeev Kumar is getting ready with his new movie, 'Thatsamayam Oru Penkutty', and if the stories doing rounds are to be believed, that film will be the debut Malayalam movie of Shruthi Haasan.

Rajeev Kumar is a known friend of Kamal Haasan and his proximity to the legendary actor may clinch the deal sources say. T K Rajeev Kumar’ debut as a director in Malayalam happened in 1989 with the awards winning film ‘Chanakyan’ which had Kamal Haasan in the lead.

The proposed Shruthi starrer will be an off beat film dealing with reality shows mushrooming in media. It will be a women centric film and Shruthi will play a girl who gets herself transformed in a reality show.
