Happy Birthday Sneha

Her dusky looks in Virumbugiren were enchanting; with every movie that followed, she only looked better and better. But her smile -- that’s her highlight, her USP. It has a charm that is a rarity. She is Sneha, a name that can make several young men go dreamy-eyed, an actress who has proved time and again that she’s not just a pretty face, but an equally good artiste.

Sneha has acted in over 40 movies since her entry into cinema and has dazzled us with her performance in each of them. Be it a defining moment in the movie, or one that does not mean much to the plot, she always endeavors to give it her best. Her performances have been rewarded with cheers and awards, including the Filmfare and Kalaimamani awards.

Her scintillating performance in a double role in Parthiban Kanuvu left everyone amazed. Starring with the unparalleled Kamal Haasan in Vasool Raja MBBS, she managed to win some laughs and applause alongside the stalwart. She is also one of the lucky few to have played one of the leads in Parthale Paravasam, a movie by veteran director K. Balachander. She has played a variety of roles; of late, she has been experimenting with glamorous roles (Pandi) as well as action-oriented roles. She will be soon seen as a a cop in Bhavani IPS! Her upcoming ventures includes Vidiyal, Nootrukku Nooru, Ponnar Shankar, Murattu Kaalai and Rajanna (Telugu).

Today, as she celebrates her birthday, we would love to wish her luck and great movies in the years ahead!
