Road Safety Week in Chennai with Kollywood

A glimpse at what happened at the Road Safety Week that was held in Chennai between Jan 1 to Jan 7.

The program was organized by Regional Transport Office (West) and road safety awareness programs were conducted at various places in the city including K K Nagar bus stand, Saidapet bus stand, Jayagopal Garodia School and Chellammal College. Prominent film personalities explained to the public about safety while on road.

On the first day actor Karthi took part in the event followed by V C Guhanathan FEFSI president on the second day, on day three, Piraisudan, Nithya Ravindhran spoke about road safety, on day four Ramesh Khanna explained about the importance of road safety, S Ve Shekher, Pavithran and Vaiyapuri were present on Jan 5. On Jan 6 actor Karan explained about the necessity of wearing helmet at Chellamal College and the last day saw actor Vivek at Ashok Nagar RTO
