Showers stop Sandhya

Sandhya and her father had to strand for more than six hours on a ghat road thanks to incessant rains, when they were on way to Ooty to attend the shoot of a Telugu film.

“When we were going to Ooty to take part in the shoot of ‘Hassan’, there was a landslide on the middle of the road. The road was totally cut off and we had to wait patiently for over six hours,” says Sandhya.

She adds: ‘We were totally confused as there was heavy rain coupled with landslides. At last, we were rescued by the unit members, who took us to the shooting spot through a different way.”

“However I was not so afraid,” the actress says and adds: “because my dad was there to take care of me.
