Mysskin says that the script of his period film, which will have Kamal Haasan playing the lead role, is yet to get ready. The director, for now, discloses that it will be a film traversing through the historic times and will be shot in real palaces and jungles. The director says that he is still conducting research to get deeper into the story’s subject that deals with Dharma. He adds that the quest for Buddha’s tooth, which was initially said to be the subject on which the film is based, will be a part of the story.
Mysskin, however, refuses to divulge more details about Kamal’s character but has our expectation meter ticking high by mentioning that his role is of great historical importance to Tamilians and the actor immediately lapped up the offer when he came to know of the role.
